Brewer Technician    = 04 Posts (Phnom Penh)


Job Description

·         Daily production in Brewhouse according to the plan and target.

·         Ensure the Brewhouse process in the shift is running smooth and making sure each batch is produced according to the company quality standard and recipe.

·         Checking and look to the equipment to ensure they are working well. Immediately report to the BSL if they are not properly running.

·         Inform BSL if the target will not be reached and cannot reach the daily target.

·         Ensure the daily task is achieved, make the plan done.

·         Ensure all the utility supply is at the right demand. Work with BSL and Utility technician.

·         Ensure the downstream process is ready for the brewing process. Inform/communicate with Fermentation Technician and BSL.

·         Responsibilities also including making sure the grinding, mashing, Loitering, wort cooking, wort treatment and wort filling to fermenter, and CIP and sanitation are in the standard. Immediately report to supervisor if any of the parameter runs out of the specification.

Job Requirement


  • 1.      Degree or qualification in Food Technology/Chemistry/biochemistry/Mechanic and or demonstrated experiences in operation of Brewhouse at least 1 year (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • 2.      Experience and understanding of brewing process, sanitation, yeast management, fermentation and beer filtration.
  • 3.      Experience and understanding of preventive maintenance.
  • 4.      Understanding of QMS (Quality Management System, ISO 9001), Food Safety (HACCP) standards.
  • 5.      Understanding of QMS (Workplace Health & Safety) standards and risk management in laboratory environment.

  • 2.      Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and apply continuous improvement principles.
  • 3.      Good time management skill.
  • 4.      Positive attitude with on ongoing sense of improvement.
  • 5.      Good ability to teach and motivation all type of individuals.
  • 6.      Good personal hygiene practice.
